Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Tell us about your project and we'll put together honest pricing, no obligation. The best first step is to reach out through our contact page or book a consultation, and we'll take it from there.
Can I get material from you without installation?
Yes. Browse our full catalog, save the styles you like, and request a quote for material only. Install it yourself or use your own crew. You get our full national selection and honest pricing without booking our installation team.
What if I already have a general contractor?
No problem, we partner with general contractors all the time. We'll coordinate directly with your GC to handle the flooring and tile portion of your renovation, so there's nothing extra for you to manage. It's the same quality work, fit into your existing project.
Is my new floor covered by a warranty?
Yes, on two fronts. When we install your floor, the installation is covered by our own installation warranty, and most products carry an excellent manufacturer's warranty on top of that, many for decades and some for a lifetime. Coverage varies by product, so we'll walk you through it with your quote. Since we supplied and installed it, any warranty question starts with one call to us.

Do you do more than just floors?
Yes. Alongside flooring throughout the home, we handle bathroom tile, shower and tub surrounds, kitchen backsplashes, feature walls, and fireplace surrounds. If it's a hard surface in your renovation, there's a good chance we install it, just ask.
What types of flooring do you install?
All the major surfaces, luxury vinyl, hardwood, tile, carpet, and laminate, plus natural stone, sheet vinyl, and more. You can explore each on our flooring pages or browse the full catalog to see everything we carry.
Do you handle whole-home renovations or just single rooms?
Both. Whether you're refreshing one room or renovating your entire home, we scale to the project. Larger renovations get the same attention to schedule, cleanliness, and finish as a single-room job.
