What size builders do you work with?
All of them, national production builders, regional and local operations, semi-custom and custom, multifamily and build-to-rent developers. Our systems scale from a handful of homes a year to full-community production.
How do you price for builders?
From your selections list we provide unit pricing, per square foot, square yard, each, whatever the material calls for, or a turnkey cost, grounded in takeoffs from your plans. Option tiers (base / upgrade / premium) are structured to fit your design center.
Do you work under our MSA?
Yes, we typically work under the builder's master subcontractor agreement, and we're set up for phase-based billing, lot-based scheduling, and your warranty callback SLAs.
