Bidding & delivery
Do you take both invited and open bids?
Yes, invited bids and public/open-market work, plus negotiated and relationship-based projects and national multi-site account programs. Send plans and we'll turn around estimating and takeoff.
Can you work in occupied spaces?
Yes, phased, occupied-space installation is a standard part of our commercial work, sequenced to keep your operation running.
What flooring types do you install commercially?
The full soft and hard-surface range: LVT/LVP, sheet vinyl, VCT, carpet tile and broadloom, walk-off systems, ceramic, porcelain and quarry tile, natural stone, hardwood, and laminate. We do not perform epoxy, resinous, terrazzo, or polished-concrete systems.

How do you handle moisture on concrete slabs?
We test first, calcium chloride and in-situ RH probes, then specify the right mitigation: vapor barriers or mitigation systems from Ardex, Mapei, or Laticrete, with self-leveling and crack isolation where the substrate needs it.
