The first job that started it all

In 1992, Charlotte Flooring got a shot: flooring work for a respected regional homebuilder.

It began with a small crew and a simple promise: show up, do it right, and stand behind the work. That first job became a second, then a community, then a partnership that helped 30,000+ homes get built across the Carolinas.

Thirty-four years later, Charlotte Flooring is still family-owned and still runs on the same promise. One crew grew into a showroom in Charlotte, a second location in Charleston, and four divisions: products, homeowners & general contractors, builders, and commercial. The handshake standard never changed.
